2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped (or 1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk (for brushing)
1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions:
Prepare the yeast mixture: In a small bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy and bubbly.
