Ingredients:

  • 4 bratwurst sausages (casings removed and crumbled)

  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Method:
