Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
- 300 g fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 1 egg (for the filling)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation Method:
- Prepare the Filling:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until soft and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 4-5 minutes. If there’s any excess water in the pan, drain it off.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Once cooled, stir in the ricotta cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and 1 beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into squares or rectangles, depending on your desired size.
